In celebration of International Women’s Day 2024 and the theme of Inspire Inclusion, contemporary female artist Susana Anaya will unveil a captivating artwork titled ‘Infinite Layers of Inclusion’.
Anaya’s immersive artwork symbolises the complexity of women's journeys through intricate layers of texture and a palette of four distinct purple hues, representing justice, dignity, and achievement in the realm of women's empowerment and IWD. The creation reflects her personal journey and the collective experiences of the women, intertwining past struggles, celebrations of achievements, and aspirations of inclusion for the future.
The artwork will be exhibited at the landmark luxury Elizabeth Arthotel, renowned for its large art collections and shows.
Mirjam Aloys, owner of Elizabeth Arthotel, says about the collaboration, “It has been an honour to work with Susana Anaya on this special project for IWD 2024. Female empowerment and inclusion are matters very close to my heart, and to be celebrating through art, another lifelong passion of mine, while also actively contributing to the women’s movement through the planned donation of this artwork has been a meaningful way for us to participate in IWD.”
